Customer
Service Policies
- Superior
Limousine does not automatically charge a gratuity as this is
in direct violation of the Georgia Public Service Commissions
Limousine Tariff. A gratuity is just that, A gratuity, and should
be given to an individual based on performance.
- A 10% processing fee, based on the fare, stops and waiting time,
will be added to a customer's bill for any reservations made outside
the state of Georgia.
- All rides are billed to a customer's credit card. Superior Limousine
accepts American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® and Visa®.
- All out of pocket charges, including tolls,
parking, airport fees and taxes are INCLUDED in your price.
- Waiting time:
§ For
airport pick-ups: a 30-minute grace period is given after posted
flight arrival time.
§
There
will be a $25.00 surcharge for all international flight arrivals.
There will be no additional charges for waiting time.
§ For
non-airport pick-ups: a grace period of 15 minutes is given.
§ Once
either grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at
the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
- Extra stops enroute are charged $10.00 for up to 10 minutes,
if stop time is over 10 minutes, the appropriate vehicle waiting
time charge applies.
- A service charge will be applied to any changes or cancellations
made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
- If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up location
a "No show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the
appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all
other out of pocket costs will be charged to that customer.
- If a customer cannot locate the driver, Superior Limousine must
be called to avoid being charged for a "No show."
- Pick-Up Guarantee:
§ Every
confirmed non-airport reservation will be picked up within 30
minutes of the requested time.
§ With
every confirmed airport reservation the customer will be able
to contact their driver within 15 minutes of their call to Superior
Limousine.
§ If
these guarantees are not met Superior Limousine will reimburse
the customer for comparably priced alternate transportation.
For pick up guarantee to be valid customer must notify Superior
Limousine prior to taking alternate transportation.
§
If
the above guarantees cannot be met due to conditions outside
of our control, including weather, accidents, and any other
acts of God, Superior Limousine will use its best efforts to
notify the customer of these conditions.
- A 20% surcharge based on the fare, stop time, and waiting time
will be charged to all trips taking place on the following holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Hourly trips are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the
base for the pick up to the time it takes to return back to the
base from your destination.
- Taxes additional where applicable.
