Tracey, Thank you  for sending a letter for evaluation! I wanted to tell you how pleased and impressed with the limousine and William our driver for the evening. The limo was early but still a surprise! (Not too early to spoil the surprise) William was Great! Friendly, Couteous & Funny! A great driver and worthy of a raise! When our tire popped, William kept his cool, and assured us we'd  make it to the U2 concert on time! WE DID & IN STYLE! Not only were we ontime, but arrived in front & avoided huge traffic jams from Williams knowledge of side streets.
