Affiliate Credit Card Dispute If we receive a dispute from a card issuer, Superior Limousine will request proper documentation of the trip in dispute. We will REQUIRE
a copy of a Superior Limousine signed trip voucher and any other information pertaining to the trip, not limited to start and stop times, toll and parking receipts, etc. In accordance with the Federal
Trade Commission, this information must be collected and in receipt of the card issuer within a limited amount of time. If for any reason trip details or a Superior Limousine signed voucher is not
available, Superior Limousine reserves the right to authorize the credit of the charge back and deduct that (retail) amount from our next payment cycle.
Superior Limousine will notify you immediately in writing if a dispute situation should arise. |
